How fast will my order ship?
90% of orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order Monday-Friday. Occasionally, some items are shipped direct from the manufacturer which may delay this time frame. We have an approximate availability date on every product page so you can view the turn around time on every part before you buy. 

Which shipping carriers do you use? We use a mix of UPS, USPS & Fedex. All orders come with tracking confirmation and insurance. We provide free ground shipping on every order to customers in the lower 48 US States. For expedited shipping requests please call us at 1.678.674.5537.

Freight Shipping Policy: Hoods, bumpers, wings and other select parts ship via truck freight carrier. All freight shipments must be signed and inspected prior to final delivery. We are not liable for any damages caused by shipping or defects found if not immediately noted at the time of delivery.

How Much is Shipping? All orders shipping to the lower 48 US States come with free shipping. There are absolutely no handling or processing fees either so the price you see is the price you pay delivered to your door. Shipping costs apply to international orders and orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO.

Does my order come with tracking confirmation? All orders include tracking confirmation that is sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped. If you need assistance getting your tracking number you can email us at admin@stangmods.com.

What is your return policy? Returns on new, unused parts are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. If you received the wrong part please contact us immediately so that we may reship your order and send you a return label. We do not accept returns on defective parts, parts that have been installed or show signs of wear/use. If your part is defective we will either replace it from our inventory or work with the manufacturer on sending a replacement in a timely fashion. We do not accept returns on hoods, custom tuners, clutches and special order items. Restocking fees vary depending on the part ordered. In most cases the return fees can be anywhere from 6-30%. In addition, our original shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. To initiate a return please email us or call 1.678.674.5537 to request a return merchandise authorization number. We do not accept returns without an RMA number. Returns and credits are processed within 7 business days.
