  • The next generation ram air intake from JLT is a thing of beauty. This ram air induction kit will replace the restrictive factory intake while allowing you to retain the functional shaker hood on your 03-04 Mach 1. JLT has been manufacturing high quality intakes for many years now and their latest offerings combine form with functionality for one great looking intake that is much easier to install.

  • New tube design. The new tube is constructed from roto molded ABS plastic and features a whopping 4.25" interior diameter. This allows massive amounts of air into your engine for more horsepower and torque. 10-14 horsepower is a typical increase you'll see after the installation of just this intake. ABS plastic resists heat and keeps the intake air charge cooler than metal intake tubes. The standard tube features a black textured design but you can order the intake pre-painted to match the exterior color of your Mach 1. Simply choose your color from the drop down box above.

  • Heat Shield Design. JLT also went the extra mile and upgraded the heat shield in this kit. The new heat shield is vacuum formed from ABS plastic to minimize heat and look good at the same time. The heat shield was designed to work flawlessly with the factory shaker hood system. The fit and finish of the new kit is second to none. Installation was fairly easy. Had to make a simple modification to the new air box to get it to bolt up but when I finished the install it looked great, especially the color coded intake elbow! Very satisfied with this product!

Bit of a pain putting it together because I had to get it all perfect but fit great and works great you can feel a real difference in the response and got here fast and the added paint looks great

I recently purchased a JLT RAI color matched torch red for my 04 Mach 1, and i must say not only does it look awesome when popping the hood, but it also opened up my stock mach 1 to a whole different car, IT CAN BREATHE!! the mid-range to high end power i can tell a big difference on the freeway and from a 45mph pull...overall very happy and an awesome product!

Bought it an azure blue for my 03 mach 1. It was well worth it dont think just buy, improve horsepower and throttle response. it even fixed my idle hanging low problem and it looks amazing under the hood. shipping was fast thanks to stangmods!
