Designed to add a welcome jolt of +8 to +12 horsepower to your 2015-2017 EcoBoost Mustang, the BBK 65mm Throttle Body can be used with either the stock air intake or any aftermarket CAI compatible with your 2.3L Pony. High-flow aftermarket cold air intakes generate even higher power gains. Besides some extra engine strength, the 65mm Throttle Body cuts turbo lag and gives your muscle car quicker throttle response for aggressive, red-hot performance. BBK engineered this component to work fine with a stock tune, though a custom tune created specifically for this throttle body will unlock even more of its potential power gains.

  • The body of BBK's 65mm Throttle Body is CNC machined out of lightweight, tough 356 aluminum, making it corrosion resistant and saving a few ounces of weight. High precision manufacturing ensures that the component fits seamlessly into your Mustang's engine, while a sturdy build provides long service life in your vehicle. This part is not CARB compliant and therefore cannot be used in California or other areas subject to CARB regulations.

    The BBK 65mm Throttle Body bolts on and plugs in for easy installation in either stock or modified Mustang EcoBoost engines. The unit is complete and self-contained and comes with all necessary hardware and instructions. Custom tuning is not required for installation.
