Our vinyl tail light tint is a very unique product in that is affordable, looks good, and does not damage your taillights. The vinyl tint overlays utilize a 3M adhesive backing allowing you to apply them to your tail lights, giving you the look of the expensive replacement lenses at a fraction of the cost. Fits 2010 - 2012 models.

The vinyl tint overlays utilize a 3M adhesive backing allowing you to apply them to your tail lights, giving you the look of the expensive replacement lenses at a fraction of the cost. Years down the road you can just peel them off without any damage. This product is similar to 3M clear guard (clear bras), but over two times as thick. Installation is a snap and can be done by anyone with limited mechanical knowledge. A squeegee and full instructions are included with your order. These beat the competition's hard plastic covers in looks, ease of installation and fitment.

The cutouts were terrible, some were too short, some were too long, the tint is so thick it is hard to work, there are lines in the tint now that it has settled, definitely not worth the price, go to a local shop for better quality.  -Source: I have been building mustangs (not just personally) for over ten years

Rec'd my smoked tint today for tail lights and 3rd brake light for my 2011 GT 5.0. Well packaged and shipped promptly.

Pretty easy to install following the instructions, took about 20min to put on all 3 pieces. Just make sure you don't put too much soap solution on, or they slide all over the place.

Looks awesome, and they the material is nice and thick, not flimsy at all, and not worried about them wearing or being damaged by weather/use.

The one issue I had was that the pieces were not exact cut; this may be due to temp changes since they were cut or during shipping. I had to stretch the 3rd brake light piece horizontally to make it fit, but it works fine and fit well once I had done that. The brake light pieces have some overlap onto the clear reverse light areas at top and bottom by about 3/16 inch, but does not affect the look from several feet away, and can be trimmed.
