As an owner of a collision shop, i can tell u mistakes happen in our industry. We ordered the wrong size wheels orginally (off by 1"). Going off an insurance estimate which quoted the wheels incorrectly. When I realized this I could not expedite the reorder fast enough. You dont overnight wheels, even if Ill pay? Thats weird. Now I am returning the wheels that were wrong. Your CS is not good, I emailed your company and tried to call that day like 4 times to wind up just ordering online again and waiting for 4 more days to get wheels.
