I did received the item. But some H/W not included June 1, 2015

I did receivrd the item. But some H/W not included. It is installation manual and mount spacer 4ea. So I can not anything to do. Please, check me order number and send me installation manual and mount spacer 4ea. I did send email about this issue. Do check ASAP.
