Features   Features Ford Racing has finally released their 2005-2010 Mustang GT lowering spring kit. These lowering springs will lower your Mustang 1.5 inches, while still maintaining a smooth ride and comfort. They are a progressive rate design, meaning they progressively get stiffer as they are compressed. This allows the ride to be smooth during normal driving, but will stiffen up as you drive the car to the extremes. Lowers 1.5 inches front & rear FRPP's K Springs are the best springs you can buy for the money. Worth the money !!! July 17, 2007 Reviewer: Jim from Stanhope, NJ United States   If you decide to buy these springs I would recommend the Tokico D-Spec Shocks and Struts Package. I drove around for about 2 weeks on the stock shocks after putting these springs in. It was a tough ride. BUY THEM TOGETHER you wont regret it. The lowered stance with the adjustable shocks is incredible ! The steering response is awesome. The feed back you get at the wheel is race car performance. The whole job took less then 2.5 hours. But remember this, you will now need a lower profile floor jack no higher then 4 inches if you ever expect to lift her up again. After buying several I found one at Wal-Mart ( of all places ) for about $70.00. Hey Matt, how about selling some low profile jacks ! The tools you'll need are basic hand tools ( power if you got um ) and a spring compressor. Was this review helpful to you?
